The Puppy Experience is designed to help your puppy feel calm, confident and comfortable with professional grooming from an early age.
Rather than moving straight into a full groom, we introduce the process gradually across three appointments. Your puppy will become familiar with the salon, the sounds, the grooming table, gentle handling, washing, drying, brushing and light trimming, all at a pace that feels right for them.

What the Puppy Experience Includes
Session One: First IntroductionYour puppy’s first visit is all about familiarity.We gently introduce them to the grooming environment, the team, the grooming table, brushing, handling and the everyday sounds of the salon. The aim is to help them feel safe, settled and reassured without overwhelming them.
Session Two: Bath, Dry and Gentle CareOnce your puppy is more comfortable, we introduce more of the grooming routine.This session may include a gentle bath, careful drying, brushing and simple paw, face, nail or hygiene introductions, depending on your puppy’s confidence and coat needs.
Session Three: Puppy GroomThe final session brings everything together.Your puppy is introduced to a more complete grooming experience, which may include bathing, drying, brushing, light trimming and tidying where suitable. The goal is to prepare them for future Full Grooms with confidence, trust and calm familiarity.

The Puppy Experience is a three-session grooming introduction for young dogs. It helps your puppy become comfortable with grooming, handling, washing, drying, brushing and the salon environment.
Puppies learn best when new experiences are introduced gently and gradually. Three sessions allow us to build trust over time, reduce stress and create a more positive long-term relationship with grooming.
The first session is a soft introduction. Your puppy can meet the team, explore the salon environment and get used to gentle handling, brushing, the grooming table and salon sounds.
The second session introduces more of the grooming routine. This may include a gentle bath, careful drying, brushing and basic paw, face or nail care, depending on your puppy’s readiness.
The third session is closer to a complete puppy groom. Depending on your puppy’s coat, temperament and confidence, this may include bathing, drying, brushing, light trimming and tidying.
Most puppies can begin once they are fully vaccinated and safe to visit the salon. We can advise on the best time to start based on your puppy’s breed, coat type and temperament.
Yes. It is especially helpful for puppies who are nervous, sensitive or unsure. We take a calm, patient approach and never rush the process.
The Puppy Package is £200. This covers the three-session introduction and helps your puppy build confidence with grooming from the beginning.
